Branding

Paw CBD is a sub-brand of cbdMD for pets, and has a more whimsical, colorful feel. The branding was already set in place when I was put on the project, but it felt dated and the website was difficult to navigate. A key challenge for Paw was educating customers about CBD pet products, especially considering the complexity of the product.

Minimize & Modernize

While I updated the graphics to give the website a more modern feel, I also focused on making content more concise and reducing white space for a user-friendly experience. By minimizing the page length and removing unnecessary elements, I aimed to increase user engagement and potential purchases. Consistency was also a key focus to enhance brand recognition.

A primary goal of the website redesign was to enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). CBD can be a complex product, especially for newcomers. Therefore, creating an easy-to-understand website was essential. Below is a mockup of the site’s homepage.
